Meh. Decided to make this out of boredom.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Flamvell" monsters

If this card inflicts Battle Damage, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Pyro-Type monsters in your Graveyard x 400. Once per turn, by discarding 1 "Flamvell" monster, you can Special Summon 1 "Flamvell" monster from your Graveyard. Until the End Phase that monster's ATK is doubled and is removed from play during the End Phase.

The picture I've seen in other threads from a while ago and also you should put a level limit cap on the Flamvell monster that you can play otherwise you can just discard a Flamvell monster that is useless to you right now and get this awesome Flamvell monster that is strong and gets even stronger with the double its ATK until the end phase so making it a good one time hitter to eliminate a strong enemy monster or to easily knock out your opponent. Also, when the Flamvell Dragon inflincts battle damage and gets the inflinct damage for each Pyro-type monster in your graveyardx400 that effect can get real cheap if you run just a pure pyro-type deck. Come to think about it you could probably easily get like between 4-6 pyro-type monsters in the graveyard and that's already a 1600-2400 damage to your opponent's life points. It needs a max damage cap that it can do with that effect otherwise if this card attacks directly and you have like 5 pyro-type monster in your graveyard, you're already inflincting 2800 plus 2000 more and that's already more than half your opponent's life points. So overall, this card is overpowered and the picture has already been used before in other threads I've seen a while ago. 5/10

Pic is clear to see but not something to get overexcited about. My oppinion, you should also put "If this card attacks during the turn you Special Summon a monster with this card's effect, then this card is switched to Defense Position until the end of your opponent's next turn." Well at least something like that because you can easily wipe out your opponent's field with this effect and a hand filled with weak Flamvell monsters.

9.5/10

Even with all the cards that can stop it most Yu-Gi-Oh players will have counter cards to those most commonly used is Solemn Judgement. So playwise it can get killed but most of the time it'll either you or your opponent who wipes out either's player's side of the field or the entire field making a card like this come pretty handy for easily winning thus explaining why Victory Dragon is only allowed to be used in a Traditional Deck not an Advanced Deck which an Advanced Deck is tournament legal a Traditional Deck isn't. The same goes for many other cards like the Envoy of the Beginning and Envoy of the End because their effects too cheap.
