[spoiler=catman's card] Effect: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersIf a Psychic-Type Tuner was used to Special Summon this card, you can destroy 1 card on the field. Every time this card inflicts Battle Damage, you can decrease its ATK by 100 points to gain 500 Life Points. Nice try fategazer, I didn't understand your effect too much. Didn't have time to rate the balance of both cards... Both of you have OCG errors though.
