Brushfire Start's YCM Talk Show!

Many things are happening on YCM right now, including the 2009 November Awards, hosted by Elizabeth Bathory. Read the full story on the 09' November Awards above. Besides from the Awards, Brushfire had started his YCM Talk Show again with Co-Host Cyber Altair and Interviewer Cedefia. The first show is due out November 1st, and is sure to be a hit. In the first show, Haris, Griffin, OMGAKITTY, and a special guest will be interviewed. Be sure to check it out on November 1st!

Charizard has devoted himself to the YCM RPG. This man is genious; talk of a YCM Video Game was popular all the time, but people never thought it would happen. But when Charizard designed one, it was real and cool. Although this may not be new news, it's something for you to consider. I mean, could YOU work on a video game for hours at a time, and stay commited? I am glad to say I will be interviewing Charizard, and even happier to say that I'm working on a custom comic with Charizard in it. Thank you for reading.

Yep I was originally known as "Lightswornsrock".

 

Your in the middle of YCM RPG, which is awesome. Do use a game creator software or is it all cusom like code and everything?

 

I use Rpg Maker vx, Along with some scripting for better experience.

 

Where were you inspired to make the YCM RPG?

 

I would have to say, The people who inspired me were Shigeru Miyamoto and Hironobu Sakaguchi.

 

How were you inspired to create the 'Blobbafets'?

 

I just found a tutorial on the internet and started being creative!

 

Why did you make the YCM RPG? I must take up a lot of time.

 

I wanted to let Ycm experience a new world, and so I started to make "Ycm Rpg".

Now, I remember you being on this site ever since I was a first joined. Why do you enjoy the site so much?

Good question actually. I think it's simply because I have so many friends here, I just can't leave. And this place helps me improve my GFX, which will (hopefully) become my career later on.

 

When you first joined, was your username different?

Yes, my first username was Jonas Greve, which is also my IRL name. Back then I didn't care about internet privacy, and still don't care that much.

 

You've got over 7k posts. Where would you say you post the most?

General and Showcase.

 

Are your friends in real life Yu-Gi-Oh or YugiohCardMaker fans too? Or do they make fun of you for being a 'YuGiOh Geek'?

Nah, YGO isn't much at my school, in my country actually. So no, I just keep it for myself. Some of them know, but they don't care.

 

When you first joined the site, did you enjoy making cards more or posting on the forum?

At first, I was definitly on just for the Cardmaking. I still make cards, but posting is the more fun part now, IMO.

There are three lightbulbs in the attic. Each lightbulb is hooked up to one switch downstairs. There are three switches, each leading to one of the lights. You need to figure out which switch goes to which lightbulb. You can only go up to the attic once to check which light is on. How do you figure out which switch goes to which lightbulb?

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by paying 4000 Life Points and removing from play 2 Level 4 or higher Fiend-Type Monsters on your side of the field. Once per turn, you can send 1 Monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. By removing 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard from play, Negate an activation of your opponent's Spell/Trap Card or Summon and destroy the Spell Card, Trap Card, or Summoned monster. As long as this card remains face-up on the field you can Tribute Summon Fiend-Type Monsters with 1 less monster. This card is uneffected by your opponent's Flip Effect Monsters.

 

This may seem like a bit UP’ed card, but a closer look at how this card could be used makes it a powerful addition to any DARK deck. being able to summon six star fiend monsters, Especially Caius the Shadow Monarch, without tribute make for a bad game for your opponent. add this with the amount of DARK monsters being destroyed or removed from play, you can bring out a Dark Armed Dragon, and this card becomes lethal. with all this put into consideration, I give this card a 9/10.

Negate any card effect(s) that activate when this card is being Summoned and destroy it. When this card is Summoned flip all monsters your opponent controls into face down defense position. Any monsters your opponent Summons are flipped into face down defense position. Negate the effects of all Spell and Trap cards that would destroy this card. During your End Phase' date=' your opponent must Tribute a monster or Skip their Draw Phase. When this card attacks a face down monster, destroy it without applying damage calculation.

Though this card may seem a tad extreme, it may decide the fate of a duel. First of all, you get to choose any monster your opponent has on the field to destroy, usually without a negative outcome. Second of all, it can break down any hidden traps your opponent may have hidden, making it easy to get rid of that pesky Sakuretsu Armor your opponent may have up their sleeve. Finally, the opponent’s cost to give every turn could easily stack up if you play your cards right (no pun intended) and keep your Neko Gunner Girl alive.

 

Though with refinement, this card could have been top-notch, it still gets an approval from me.

Nice. Since this is offical, might as well add it to the offical list.

 

On Topic: For the Card Ratings I think it would be better to have people pm you cards and post the ones you like best (that would have anywhere from a 7-10 rating to keep it fair and give a decent window of cards that can appear) here.

 

Also for the Entertainment I think it would be cool to to show off on going large tournaments if you can find any.

Side: Good Luck in keeping it alive.

Hint: Make it entertaining but don't feed us jokes only. We want to feel comfortable when reading it. Make it so it would be something we would WANT to read.

 

you stole my words. i don't think mods should be interviewed a lot because we know most of there personalitys and stuff.
