If you flip tails, you get a slightly better version of "The Wicked Eraser"... which is terrible. All that being said, Light Ruler doesn't OTK at all, which means it can't really be used in any top tier decks. I do like it's effects, though. Megasonicfan Posted November 5, 2009 Report Share Posted November 5, 2009 Personally, i only use Light Ruler in my Arcana Force deck because i couldn't find a Dark Ruler. However, the graveyard recycle gives Light Ruler amazing utility when fighting swarms like Blackwings. You can easily get back cards you normally could only use once, like Heavy Storm and MST.
