If the name being matched was instead' date=' say, OMGAKITTY or Crab Helmet or something like that, then it would have to be deliberate, but there is nothing unique or distinctive about "Prince Hunter" that would stop a random newbie from choosing it. Unless the new member also matched Hunter's avatar or signature or something like that (which he obviously didn't), it was probably a coincidence - and we definitely don't have enough reason to think it was deliberate to ban. Instead of banning him, just give him a free immediate name change and unban him. Then the username no longer matches Hunter's and the problem is solved. As long as there's a chance that this member joined up as "Prince Hunter" without knowing who Prince Hunter was' date=' you can't ban them. >_> You can't prove someone's intentions or motives unless they tell them to you. Hunter could simply ask them to consent to having their name changed, or Hunter could just change his name to "Prince Hunter*" or something. Or just get a new name.
