Ah....my first 1 on 1 contest! May the best man win.

 

(Objective)

The audience votes on their favorite card. The first person to 10 votes wins. The loser must pay 50 points to the winner.

 

EDIT: Since this was taking so long, we decided to have "Next Vote Wins".....which was me =D Actually, it turned out to be 7-5 for me. Good fight Leo.

When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can add up to 2 Winged Beast-Type monsters from your Graveyard to your hand. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Winged Beast-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon 1 Winged Beast-Type monster from your hand. When your opponent activates a Trap Card, you can remove this card from play to negate it's activation and destroy it. Then Special Summon 1 Winged Beast-Type monster from your Graveyard except "Avion, the Green Tornado".

1 Zombie-Type Tuner monster + 1 or more non Tuner monsters

This card is also treated as a Warrior-Type monster while on the field and in the Graveyard. This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon or by its own effect. This card cannot be Equipped with an Equip Spell Card. The ATK and DEF of this card is equal to the number of cards you control x400. When this monster is successfully Special Summoned, you can Special Summon 3 "Zombie Banger Tokens" (Zombie-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 300 DEF 0). When a "Zombie Banger Token" is destroyed by a Zombie or Warrior-Type monster you can draw 1 card or add 1 card from your Graveyard to your hand. If you contol no "Zombie Banger Tokens", this card is destroyed. When this card is destroyed by battle you can remove from play all cards you control to Special Summon this monster in face-up Attack position. It's original ATK and DEF becomes 3000. This card cannot gain or lose ATK or DEF after it is Special Summoned by its own effect. You can only activate this effect once per duel. If this card is destroyed by battle and you have already Special Summoned this monster by its own effect, you can pay 1000 Life Points to remove from play all cards you control to Special Summon this monster in face-up Attack Position. It's original ATK and DEF becomes 2500. This card cannot gain or lose ATK or DEF after it is Special Summoned by its own effect.

Well Here is what I got...

-The Dark Master-: Cool Card IMO, one of the effects could been deleted without making the card unplayable or Underpowered...actually that card can be really abusable since...the 2 monters you use as tribute can be later be Specialed summoned by its effect then it negates a trap and again summons...etc...But well WIND winged beast have not many support so this may work..also Stats are quite balanced

 

Łεσ™: It almost took me forever to read you card...One of the most complex effects I've ever seen...Way too complex for my tatste and it also I can see that you wanted to build a combo betsween the monster and hi token then ram the Special Summon with diferent ATKs part...Etc....You could have made an original yet less tangled effect and it could have been Great. Love the pic...a again your concept is Brillant...It is just a personal likes question this time

 

Anywatys Great cards but....My vote goes for the more reasonable and balanced effect which is...TDM's one....

I vote TDM. Because I'm lurking and bored. And Leo's is overpowered. I mean really, 8 is an easy number to plop on the field and 3 tokens that can suicide into things and possibly net almost free draws is a tad bit annoying when reminded that lolZombie World exists and has nubs singing its praises for a cohesive strategy. Zombie World + This = Oh god no, it's actually viable. Viable does not mean good though. 3 free draws off of Zombie World, and a 3000 Atk beatstick is kinda overpowered when Zombies already have an amazing swarm engine that this thing takes advantage of. Another thing is the fact that it comes back when it's killed in battle to haunt people as another large beatstick. Or a meatshield. Even without Zombie World you can ram him into something and gain a 3000 Atk beatstick that does not want to die and gains 3 free tokens to do things with. And really, the effect is way too long.

 

TDM's on the other hand, is still overpowered. Blackwings also have an amazing swarm engine this thing can feed off of. However, this guy has a concise effect that can hurt it or help it. Getting two Winged-Beasts in the hand sounds nice, but if those are the only ones in there, then the other effect is screwed. Also, who tributes anything in this meta? Yeah Blackwings can go, "lololololololSwarm" but losing that much field advantage for this one guy is a fair price, as opposed to the virtually free Zombie thing(Synchro + 3 Tokens= Profit). Also, it only gets its effect when tribute summoned, which is also a fair limitation. He also depletes hand advantage with his effect as opposed to giving a ton of hand advantage and field advantage. More mandatory effects would've made this better but ehh, its better than sifting through a ton of effects that made me want to rip that card. God, please make shorter effects. Yes you're being creative, but it dragged on way too long.

 

Also, this is from a purely TCG standpoint and really, my views of balance are only relative to the current banlist and my opinions. Ehh, take my opinion with a pinch of salt or ignore it because I am obviously a nub who cannot make cards. But a vote is a vote.
