Very well done. Demented: Pic: 10/10 (Picture was well chosen)Effect: 10/10 (Balanced and well constructed)Balanced (10)OCG: 10/10 (Perfect as usual)Total: 40/40 = 100% I <3 the pic and OCG was flawless (no mistakes, what I'd expect from him). Especially loved the Advanced Holo Meng77798: Pic: 5/10 (it's blurry)Effect: 7/10OP'ed (5)OCG: 1/10 (very poor and has some spelling errors as well)Total: 18/40 Picture was blurry, it was a little OP'ed with the direct attack and had many OCG errors such as the beginning effect "This card is treated as a Normal Monster. . ." and the direct attack effect, along with some spelling errors. Overall, the quality was not a passing mark iHop: Pic: 9/10Effect: 7.8/10Balanced (10)OCG: 10/10Total: 36.8/40 Picture is good and fits the name. Effect is a bit situational, because your opponent might not play Synchroes, considering a possible scenario.
