I've never heard of harp note and that has nothing to do with YGO, so at this moment, I really don't care.Besides, the movie was interesting, but the actual series, not so much. Musician king is a spellcastor because you can't attack with music unless you have the worlds hugest amp or are using music to play incantations. Liike a spellcastor. I assume that Musician king doesn't have an amp off screen the size of a skyscraper. How about this aqua? Whenever this card becomes the target of a Spell, negate that spell.
