But' date=' WIPs are allowed here, but they get locked.

If you are posting a card here. It's ALWAYS a work-in-progress.

Assuming of course that you don't mind criticism. But if you do mind it, go to AoC instead.

Actually' date=' they are. They simply have less progress

[/quote']

Actually they aren't. Seeing as the effect is the heart and soul of a card, even in a Vanilla set. That effect in that case is the synergy.

Looks like we're extending this...

The people it was targeted to eliminate/help isn't working.

Raver, please get on MSN when you read this.

EDIT: Right now I'm running through RC giving +1 warns for a week to anyone who doesn't post even remotely towards this.

No they are not the same.

If a WIP thread has a card with at least some sort of effect (except vanilla), its fine and shouldnt be locked, if a card like said example is posted with no effect, its utterly pointless, because its then technically an image from the web on a blank template, i have like 100 of those as i havent chosen effects yet, but i dont post them because it is actually pointless. Who wants to rate a card that cannot be rated because its blank.

You should apply this to the Pop Culture Cards Section.

Lolno. The Pop Culture Section is much more relaxed than here.

Not to mention that Pop Culture is my territory :P I would hate to extend the rules there as Pop Culture needs more invigoration. Tough Rules like these would kill it for good :(

Would you mind if I used my own form of rating? It doesnt take to long but it is well thought out and it has hints' date=' suggestions, comments on the balance, etc. It is an honest form.

[/quote']

Of course. This is just a posting "standard".

IE: What you should measure up to...

Is rating a must? I don't want to hurt people's feelings with very' date=' very, low ratings :(

I want them to be happy card makers :)

[/quote']

Rating helps a standard that is rather neutral yet motivating among cardmakers.

It isn't required but is suggested.
