Luna Lovegood
But, WIPs are allowed here, but they get locked.
Guest JoshIcy
But' date=' WIPs are allowed here, but they get locked.[/quote'] If you are posting a card here. It's ALWAYS a work-in-progress. Assuming of course that you don't mind criticism. But if you do mind it, go to AoC instead.

Guest JoshIcy
I've seen threads be locked. Then those mods need to be hit with a bamboo stick. Any idea whos been doing it?
Luna Lovegood
Um, I can't remember, I'll check. EDIT: Junk Raver locked a thread http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-168111.htmlthis is clearly wrong, as the card was a WIP.

EDIT: Junk Raver locked a thread http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-168111.htmlthis is clearly wrong, as the card was a WIP.[/quote'] Thats not a card. It's a card without an effect...Work-in-progress is not the same as "Blank Card".
Luna Lovegood
Actually, they are. They simply have less progress
Guest JoshIcy
Actually' date=' they are. They simply have less progress[/quote'] Actually they aren't. Seeing as the effect is the heart and soul of a card, even in a Vanilla set. That effect in that case is the synergy.
Guest JoshIcy
Looks like we're extending this...The people it was targeted to eliminate/help isn't working. Raver, please get on MSN when you read this.EDIT: Right now I'm running through RC giving +1 warns for a week to anyone who doesn't post even remotely towards this. Junk Raver
Actually' date=' they are. They simply have less progress[/quote'] No they are not the same. If a WIP thread has a card with at least some sort of effect (except vanilla), its fine and shouldnt be locked, if a card like said example is posted with no effect, its utterly pointless, because its then technically an image from the web on a blank template, i have like 100 of those as i havent chosen effects yet, but i dont post them because it is actually pointless. Who wants to rate a card that cannot be rated because its blank.
Jolta
With these rules, we're gettin' somewhere! Now I'll understand how bad/good my OCG is. You should apply this to the Pop Culture Cards Section.
Blablafodfpå
Excellent idea. This will surly increase the YCM Users Card Making Ability. But Moving Toon monsters to the Other card Section is just a waste.
Jolta
I thought moving Toon monsters to AoC was acomplete waste too. Toon Monsters should stay here. You shouldn't leave out one Subtype.
Guest JoshIcy
You should apply this to the Pop Culture Cards Section. Lolno. The Pop Culture Section is much more relaxed than here.
J-Max
You should apply this to the Pop Culture Cards Section. Lolno. The Pop Culture Section is much more relaxed than here. Not to mention that Pop Culture is my territory :P I would hate to extend the rules there as Pop Culture needs more invigoration. Tough Rules like these would kill it for good :(
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Would you mind if I used my own form of rating? It doesnt take to long but it is well thought out and it has hints, suggestions, comments on the balance, etc. It is an honest form.

Jolta
Is rating a must? I don't want to hurt people's feelings with very, very, low ratings :( I want them to be happy card makers :)
ShroomShroom
Holy Crap. This is such a good idea I should Praise you. But, I won't. Why? Because I said. (No Offense, and this really was a good idea)

Espeonature
Well, can Toons be in a set and still be posted in this section? Along with others, I mean.
Junk Raver
For the confusion regarding toons, toons that have been seen before can still be posted here, but repeats will be moved, for example, toon dark magician has been seen like 100 times, that will be moved, toon elemental hero flare neos has not been seen, that would stay.
