[spoiler=My card]

When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, place two Pet Dragon counters on it. Every time your opponent activates a Trap Card, place one Pet Dragon Counter on this card. This card gets 200 ATK for every Pet Dragon counter on this card (max. 5). If this card would be sent to the Graveyard by a card effect, remove five Pet Dragon counters from this card instead. If this effect is used, and you do not have five Pet Dragon counters, this card is automatically sent to the Graveyard and discard one card.

And I was like 'lol'.

DMG: During each of your Standby Phases, place 1 'School Counter' on this card. (Max. 3) Remove 3 'School Counters' from this card to remove from play 1 of your opponent's face-down Spell/Trap card. *Corrected*

I would seriously suggest you add more thought onto the effect, it's too plain.

Chicken: When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, place two 'Pet Dragon' counters on it (max. 5). Every time your opponent activates a Trap Card, place one 'Pet Dragon Counter' on this card. This card gets 200 ATK for every 'Pet Dragon' counter on this card. If this card would be sent to the Graveyard by a card effect, remove five 'Pet Dragon counters' from this card instead. If this effect is used, and you do not have five Pet Dragon counters, this card is automatically sent to the Graveyard and discard one card from your hand.

Last effect does not make sense, because it contradicts the second last effect.

But still, Shogun Chicken wins.
