Normal:

LORE:

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned from your graveyard by tributing two monsters from your hand. If this card is on the field while you control a level 4 or below monster with 1800 ATK you can destroy one monster on your opponent's side of the field.

oh great' date=' so there's no way to special summon it from your hand. Well that's going to make things a little difficult for you

its effect is good, but given the summoning requirements, this card is UPed. You should add another effect to it

Thank you ^-^

that was kinda the point =P

normal summoned or set = Normal Summoned or Set

graveyard = Graveyard

tributing = Tributing

one / two = 1 / 2

Not bad, the image is pretty good, and the OCG just has some capitalization errors.

I think you need to specify when you can use its effect, weather it be "Once per turn" or "Once only", but as of know it seems unclear. Also, you cannot Tribute monsters from the hand, I would change that to "discard".

It does seem slightly underpowered, maybe make the ATK requirement less specific.

7/10

The "Tribute" part is ok, Neo Spatian Aqua Dolphin "destroys" monsters in the hand and I hear no complains ;)

You have some OCG errors that I would point out if you like.

For now I first thought that 1 Tribute would make it better. Then I thought - that would be too much :s - so, ok as is, you can always do it with Ojamas. Its a pretty good idea.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your graveyard by discarding two monster cards from your hand. If this card is on the field while you control a level 4 or lower monster with 1800 ATK, you can destroy one monster on your opponent's side of the field.

Edited GFX. Interesting idea for easy powerhouse, this could replace Gorz or CyDra in a deck...

You could make it 5 stars to make it >>>>>>>>> Cyber Dragon

Anyways... 8.3/10

Pretty cool. :) I love cards that can recycle themselves. :) Only problem here is you have to send to the graveyard before you summon it. Give it an effect that lets you discard it. That way, it's easier to summon, and you get a benefit. Maybe you could have it search or something. :)

tribute is specifying the card is on the field

Not really. One can always try to think outside the box.. As I said in my previews comment. If Neo Spacial Aqua Dolphin "destroys" monsters from your opponent's hand, why wouldn't you make something that "Tributes" monsters in your own hand?

Yes it is discard. I dont know what he is saying about poorly done holo, that is very good work it isnt a SPECIAL holo such as magickid's member card but it is very good for regular holoing. effect is good. You need to designate once per turn. It ISNT over powered because it isnt impervious to anything. 9/10

the only reason its destroyed is because Konami wanted the effect to still activate

(discarding/tributing is not considered destroying) some cards chain like light and darkness dragon its last effect would still trigger even if in your hand

I know discarding =/= destroying =/= Tributing.

but for the same reason you stated in this post, you could also leave the effect as is. There is no example of any card that would currently benefit from "Tributing" from the hand, but I don't concider it an OCG error. It could make a little twist in the future because its different than just discarding.

Of course this won't matter if the creator of the card won't do more effects that benefit from the variable. so.... xD
