This card cannot be Summoned or Set. When you draw this card, discard all other cards in your Hand. After you draw this card, Special Summon the first level 4 or lower monster you draw and place 1 "Hummingbird Counter" on it. Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards from your Hand to place 2 Hummingbird Counters on a monster with a Hummingbird Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove any amount of Hummingbird Counters to activate 1 of the following effects depending on how many Humming Bird Counters you removed:

1: You gain 100 LP.

2: Your opponent cannot attack a monster with a Hummingbird Counter for 1 turn.

3: Increase a monster's ATK by 200 for every Hummingbird Counter on it until your next End Phase.

4: All monsters with a Hummingbird Counter on it can attack twice in one Battle Phase until your next End Phase.

5: Draw 5 cards.

6: Your opponent cannot attack for two turns.

7: Place 2 Hummingbird Counters on any monster you control.

8 or more: Increase the ATK of all monsters with a Hummingbird Counter on it by 300 for every Hummingbird Counter removed from this card until your opponent's next End Phase.

surprisingly i'm gonna vote for DHplasma

though his card is OP and has some OCG errors (mainly because of the wording)

his effect is actually more creative and unique (destron making a sheet load of effects doesn't make a good card)

plus destron has some MAJOR OCG errors i lol when it said this card cannot be Summoned or Set

and NEVER capitalize hand!!!! It annoys me so much when i see it, etc (there are more)

if it can't be summoned then it isn't a fcking monster, you can't put a crap load of effects and treat it as a continuous effect, thats just stupid (not creative at all) plus once per turn can only be used when you CONTROL the monster meaning it has to be on the FIELD, unless it states otherwise
