cmc1234 Posted November 17, 2009 Report Share Posted November 17, 2009 i joined 05-14-2009 When i joined i sucked at making cards But my ocg got better and so did my ability to make cards I use to be a real pushover and always beeing a pussy but then i grew up on this site and learned i dont need to be a pushover to people to like me Id like to be known but im not but 60 reps kinda makes me feel better lol I also use to be realy serious on this site, now i just have fun and enjoy the site And help people out when they need it. Then there was actually a fairly large amount of super mods/mods, but not too many because there weren't hundreds of members so that it required that much more supervision. Too bad.[/quote']Heh, I always did say the golden age of YCM was early to Mid 2008 :P There are still some fantastic members though to tip the balance right? lol Oh yeah I joined around that time...08-20-2008, 09:08 PMMy first username was Ryuchan and my first post was in a contest...My OCG was terrible yet I got a 4th place there...I was happy...those days were when my Card Maker Skills were to the max.I also really enjoyed the First time I entered what I believe it was the 2nd diamond in the rough,,,thats where I met some mods for the first time,,,then I got into a wonderful club were I met some Very good friends...Then My name changed to Goka no Ryuu and stopped making cards to prove luck in GFX but I was never that good...around that time I got a Fanfic...and by the end of my time as goka I came to the club section once more and started my new time as Deck Builder which is where I'm now...also around this time I decided I wanted to make even more friends and become a good member of this site everyone can trust in and so,,,so maybe my personality hasn't changed but what I do did it,,,now I wanna go back to the beggining and give me a new fresh start I thing that would be a change Right? I also never heard of most of the famous Members back then. I still remember vividly. I lost. My OCG sucked A LOT back then. Kekeke... No one helped me with OCG. Then, from Oct 08 to April 09, was my best period, some would say. Relatively known, and friends with almost everyone. Then I came to teh period I'm in now, from April 08 - Current and beyond. Made cards, commented rated.I wasn't a particularly dumb n00b, but a n00b nonetheless. February - April 2009 - More of the same, but I learned crappy GFX (I still suck) May 2009 - My birthday month. June - July 2009 - I was pretty awesome. July 2009 - Got banned for three months July - October 2009 - Was banned. October 2009 - Came back. Posted. I was so awesome.
