I have to admit that this is a pretty good card for a newbie.

 

But you need an OCG fix, so here:

 

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, halve the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls. This card is unaffected by Spell or Trap Cards.

 

But 8.5/10 (good job on your 1st card :D)

Ha....wow! I really don't know what to say now, I mean I don't even think I deserved any of your praises, but you gave it to me anyway, and for that I thank each and everyone of you very much! And, yeah sorry about the blurry pic, but the funny thing is, that pic of the dragon is also the background of my card sleeve as well! :D Which is much more better, but exactly alike I'll try and change it to that one, but really thank you all very much!
