I'm talking about when they return from the field to the hand. Thus allowing cards such as Raigeki break and Divine wrath a card to use for the cost. Well yes, LS is a different situation, but the way I see it, even if ya spin it to the top of the deck, it'll probably get milled anyway. But I do see your point.
