Where are you going to Special Summon from? The Hand, Deck, Graveyard, or all three? During the End Phase of the turn this card was Summoned, you can Special Summon "The Changling - Vance LV6" from your hand or Deck. so far so good, but I'll have to see the next card to make a good judgement. @Zemener Azon:from hand or Deck of course, like LV monsters usually do.
