When this card is Synchro Summoned, send the top 10 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. During your Main Phase 1, send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. Once per turn, by paying 800 Life Points, send the top 4 cards of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. Your opponent can then select 1 card in your Graveyard and remove it from play. If the card was a DARK monster, Special Summon it to your side of the field. During your End Phase, if there are no cards in your Deck, select 20 cards in your Graveyard and add them to your Deck. Then shuffle the Deck.

There are some minor errors in the text, but the picture and effect are really great. I'll give it a 9/10.

Its not worth using this part of the effect.

-Milling cards helps your opponent.

-You have the option of not doing it.

-Your opponent gets to remove 1 of your cards, which half the time will hurt.

-That is also optional, meaning that if you only have DARK monsters, your opponent won't want to remove anything knowing your are gonna Special Summon it.

Personally I'd also add the option to send so many cards to your graveyard or not
