At first I thought your card was underpowered because Red Dragon is better at ATK points, but after the second effect I think this is a pretty funny card and I can think of a Deck were I put this and Thunder Dragon ;)

though given the token's use to get it to attack twice, you might want to put a restriction on the token in that it can't be used for synchro summoning
