destron
As some of you know, I'm obsessed with obscenely long effects. So I had to do the longest I've evar done for this celebration. And no, this does not belong in the Pop Culture section.
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by it's own effect. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by removing from play 60 cards in your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, remove from play 1 card on your opponent's side of the field. Once per turn, you can decrease your LP by any amount. During your End Phase if your LP are lower than your opponent's and your LP were not decreased by this card's effect this turn, roll 3 die. If you have 100 LP or lower when you roll 3 die and your LP have not been decreased by this card's effect during the duel, you pick 1 and the result of the selected die becomes the total result of your roll. This card gains one of the following effects based on the result of your roll.1: All cards that have been removed from play are returned to your Deck.2: Add 30 cards that have been removed from play to your Deck.3: This card can attack 3 times in the same Battle Phase.4: This card can attack 4 times in the same Battle Phase.5: This card can attack 5 times in the same Battle Phase.6: Increase your LP by 500 when this card attacks.7: When your opponent Summons or Sets a monster, it is removed from play during the End Phase after it was Summoned or Set.8: Monsters cannot be Special Summoned.9: Decrease your opponent's LP by an amount equal to your current LP. If your LP are less than half of your opponent's LP, the amount of damage is doubled.10: Increase your LP by an amount equal to your opponent's LP.11: If your LP are 100 or less and your opponent's are LP are lower than yours, add 10 cards that have been removed from play.12: Add 1 card that has been removed from play to your hand.13: You can remove this card from play to Special Summon as many monsters that have been removed from play as possible. When 1 or more of the monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect are removed from the field, remove all monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect and Special Summon this card.14: Destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field.15: Special Summon as many "Entity Tokens" (Divine Beast-Type/DIVINE/Level 10/ATK 4000/DEF 4000) as you can. "Entity Tokens" cannot attack your opponent's LP directly, and they do not inflict Battle Damage. They are destroyed during your End Phase, this card is removed from play, and you lose LP by an amount equal to the difference in you and your opponent's LP.16: Place 3 Spell Counters on this card. You can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card to negate the effect of a Spell or Trap card and remove it from play.17: Both players can only Summon level 4 or lower monsters.18: Remove this card from play. Select 1 card that has been removed from play (excluding this card). Add that card to your hand.
Spartan919
That is an obscenely long effect, but OCG is good, die should be dice for plural. 10/10 btw, you know if they made this card, every kid that got it would need a microscope

Twig
The max cards for a deck is 60. How do you plan on summoning this card? I'll give you 7/10 anyways.
Sleepy
The max cards for a deck is 60. How do you plan on summoning this card? I'll give you 7/10 anyways. Extra Deck placed in your Graveyard also helps this. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 60 cards in your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned' date=' remove from play 1 card on your opponent's side of the field. Once per turn, you can decrease your [b']Life Points by any amount. During your End Phase if your Life Points are lower than your opponent's and were not decreased by this card's effect during the Duel, roll 3 six-sided dice. This card gains 1 of the following effects equal to the result: -1: All your removed from play cards are returned to the Deck. -2: Return 30 of your removed from play cards to the Deck. -3,4 or 5: This card can attack a number of times during the same Battle Phase, equal to the result. -6: When this card attacks, you gain 500 Life Points. -7: When your opponent Summons or Sets a monster, it is removed from play during the End Phase. -8: Monsters cannot be Special Summoned. -9: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to your Life Points. If your Life Points and less than half of your opponent's, the damage is doubled. -10: You gain Life Points equal to your opponent's Life Points. -11: If your Life Points are higher than your opponent's and are 100 or less, add 10 removed from play cards to your hand. 12: Add 1 removed from play card to your hand. -13: You can remove this card from play to Special Summon as many monsters that have been removed from play as possible. When a monster(s) Special Summoned by this effect are removed from the field, remove all monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect and Special Summon this card. -14: Destroy all cards your opponent controls. -15: Special Summon as many "Entity Tokens" (Divine Beast-Type/DIVINE/Level 10/ATK 4000/DEF 4000) as possible. "Entity Tokens" cannot attack your opponent's Life Points directly and any Battle Damage to your opponent from a battle involving an "Entity Token" is 0. During the End Phase, destroy all "Entity Tokens", remove from play this card, and take damage equal to the difference between your Life Points and your opponent's. -16: Place 3 Spell Counters on this card. You can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card to negate the effect of a Spell or Trap card and remove it from play. -17: Both players can only Summon Level 4 or lower monsters. -18: Add 1 removed from play card to your hand. Then, remove this card from play. pretty overpowered in most effects. Has a lot of unnessesary writting. I tried to make it shorter also ;P the 60 card cost balances it actually ;)

destron
So if it isn't anything special, but it still gets 10/10, you give 10/10's a lot?
Sleepy
Its effects are either all powerful or overpowered, yet the Summoning conditions are so hard to fulfill, its not very likely to be Summoned in a Duel even using banned cards. And if it hits the field those effects won't give you the game like other cards you could probably have drawn by then. And also, its effect depends on a dice roll. You want to destroy the field and end up adding a removed from play card to the hand xD. Plus its a nomi, it won't ever come back once it leaves the field. Sucks to get 6 - 6 - 6 in the dice roll lol. Not to offend but even though it sounds overpowered at first it kinda sucks. Still congratulations ^-^
destron
So wait, your edited post says it's good just with extra stuff, while your most recent post says it sucks. Interesting.
Sleepy
I never said it was good =/ just balanced. Meaning that it has the super special awesome effect, but the worse cost you could think of so that its almost impossible to use. It actually remainds me of some of MTG effects I've seen. EDIT:by the way, I've been meaning to ask you... How will you roll a 1 or a 2 if you are using 3 dice :/ ? ^-^"

Sleepy
sooo.... you pick 1 die, meaning the number shouldn't go over 6 then :? ..... the rullings are going to be too many for this card...
Lord Smeagle
So right out of the gate, the only decktypes that ever used anywhere close to 60 cards were discard decks and pre-JD Lightsworns, neither of which are meta at the moment. You can't actually have 60 cards in your deck so other than abusing the hell out of Synchros you will never get this guy out. That being said, the effects are powerful but impractical and the odds of getting off the one you need is slim and none. Stat-wise, the card is underpowered and has no built-in protection. The picture really isn't that great and reminds me vaguely of Michael Jackson. The name doesn't fit the effect at all, unless it's somehow Pop Culture and you said it wasn't. It seems you put a lot of effort into this card and I hate to score it poorly but it really just sort of falls all over itself in a spectacular clusterf***. I'll say this: it's a failure so epic it might just be a win. |-10|/

Lord Smeagle
That's the point, sir. Effectively, your card fails so hard that it actually succeeds. It's a backhanded compliment.
ragnarok1945
you DO realize you're not allowed to have more than 60 cards in your entire deck, right? Care to explain just how you intend to even summon this to the field?
