In my personal opinion, I think they should build a Semi-Advanced Format List. The list would consist of a small amount of forbidden cards. One's that aren't exactly too powerful, (Too powerful cards such as Chaos Emperor Dragon, Raigeki, and Exchange of the Spirits.) and you would only be able to use one of the cards on that list for your deck. My Personal List of Semi-Advanced Format Cards: Cyber JarDark Magician of ChaosMagician of FaithWitch of the Black ForestButterfly Dagger - ElmaGraceful CharityHarpie's Feather DusterLast WillMetamorphosisPot of GreedThe Forceful SentryImperial OrderRing of DestructionTime Seal What do you guys think?
