the 4th boundary cards, that's the first time I've seen a rarity effect being used, that's definately a unique effect there

 

Drachen's stats are a bit high for lv5 though, maybe up its level to 6 instead

UPDATE: "Vizzer, Reaper of the Fourth Boundary." Graveyard lock effect, plus a fun burn ability. A real killer for those effect-heavy powerhouses.

Vizzer is balanced just like the rest

 

the effect is exceptionally good as well, shame it has no def though

That was partly to balance out its easy summoning effect, and partly because he's a Zombie.

the sword of King's effect is a little blander than the others

 

since for the most part all it does is give atk and barely anything more.

I'm unsure if the Overcharge Counters need a limit on the card or not

 

I would have made it on the last effect that its battle position can't be changed except for a card effect

The idea is that once the cannon overcharges, it breaks down. She doesn't have a weapon anymore, so she can't attack.
