This is a starter deck that focuses on using equip spell cards. This card deck isn't meant to be powerful.

When this card is normal summoned, roll a six sided die. If the result is 1 or 2, send one Equip Spell card from your deck to your Graveyard. If the result is 3 or 4, equip one Equip Spell card in your Graveyard to this card. If the result is 5 or 6, this card gains 400 ATK.

When this card is special summoned, roll a 6 sided die. If the result is 3 or less select 1 Equip Spell card in your Graveyard and equip it to one monster you control. If the result is 4 or more, send one Dragon-type monster from your deck to the Graveyard and draw 1 card.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except by return 1 Dragon-type monster from the field to your hand. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to a Dragon-type monster as an Equip Card. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, increase the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster by 1000. When the equipped monster attacks your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap cards until the end of the Damage Step.

Once per turn you can select one Equip Spell card on the field and equip it to this card. If this card is equipped to an Equip Spell card gain 800 life points during each of your Standby Phases. During each of your End Phases send the top 2 cards from your deck to the Graveyard.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by sending one Dragon-type monster equipped to an Equip Spell card from your side of the field to the Graveyard. This card card gains 500 ATK for every Equip Spell card in your Graveyard.

This card cannot be destroyed in battle. You can return 1 Equip Spell card from your side of the field to your hand to special summon this card. You can decrease this card's level by 4 to destroy one monster on the field.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be summoned by discarding 1 Dragon-type monster from your hand to the Graveyard. Once per turn you can send one Equip Spell card equipped to this card to the Graveyard and add one Equip Spell card from your deck to your hand.

Once per turn you can send the top 3 cards from your deck to the Graveyard. If you activate this effect, you can select one card that can be equipped to a face-up monster on your side of the field and equip it to that card. During your End Phase, send the top card from deck to the Graveyard.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. You can send this face up card to the Graveyard to destroy one monster your opponent controls. Once per turn while this card is in your Graveyard you can negate an attack. During your Standby phase, while this card is in your Graveyard, discard one card. If you do not, remove this card from play.

Equip only to a monster that is equipped to another Equip Spell card. If the equipped monster gains ATK because of the Equip Spell card, increase the ATK of the equipped monster by 1000. As long as this card remains on your side of the field the equipped monster cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell card, gain 1000 life points.

Once per turn you can send one Equip Spell card from your deck to your Graveyard. This card gains 900 ATK for each Equip Spell card in your Graveyard. As long as this card remains Equipped with an Equip Spell card all other monsters on your side of the field gain 700 ATK.

 

I know the effects are bland but what do you guys think?

OCG fix:

OCG is not that bad...just some fixes ;)

 

PIC is bad change it

 

Effect is a bit OP...but just a bit but you should make 1 effect be good to both player's (or bad)

And all cards don't have good OCG so i don't need to repeat it

I like the idea and your wordings are almost spot on. The only thing you are missing is "1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters" on your synchro monster.

 

I don't give this often but fix that small error and you get 10/10

 

Edit: Also fix dishonest since the card maker can now properly render tuners. (Change the drop down box that says "effect")
