instead of saying "If the result is", I think you should have said "Activate the following effects based on the die result:"

 

"by removing from play 1 level -4 or more monster on your Graveyard" <-----and where exactly is your level NEGATIVE 4 monster?

making negative level monster seems kind of pointless to me...after all, they are not any different from positive level monsters in any significant aspect.

 

Instead, making the Dark Ritual monsters themselves negative levels, just like Dark Synchro monster, seems more interesting to me. That way, Dark Ritual would work well with Dark Synchro (sending monsters to graveyard to dark synchro summon, then remove them from play to dark ritual summon)

I see your thread is very successfull xD

 

I see you prevented loopholes with Levels so that a -12 Level monster couldn't be Normal Summoned.

I've read all the cards but there are too many for me and I don't think you have OCG problems that need attention anyways.
