As long as the person can form a fairly coherent sentence, I don't see the problem with a few grammar mistakes; however, it annoys me when people don't make any effort at all to use sub-par grammar. And I'm spectacular at my spelling. If I'd make a mistake in my post, it would probably be a mistype. I only do bad grammar sometimes just for fun. Bad spelling and grammar get annoying if it comes to a point where you cant understand what they are trying to say. By unintentional grammar errors, I meant that you don't know grammar well enough, but you still post and expect people to understand. I make mistakes, but that's either from me being tired, me skipping a key/hitting the wrong key on my keyboard, or my keyboard failing to respond because it's dying.
