KingOfHearts
I'm running a Yusei deck now, so this is something I thought of:
This card cannot be Special Summoned. You can substitute this card for any 1 "Synchron" Tuner monster for a Synchro Summon. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a monster that lists a "Synchron" monster as a Tuner monster. While Synchro Summoning with this card, the other monsters used as Synchro Material must be Level 2 or lower Machine-type monsters. You can remove this card from your Graveyard and another non-Tuner monster(s) to Synchro Summon a Synchro monster from your Extra Deck. That monster's effect is negated during the turn it was Summoned.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. If you control a face-up Tuner monster, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, every time a Level 2 or lower Machine-type monster(s) is Summoned, you can draw 1 card. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed. Well, what do ya think?

.:Incognito:.
This card is useless. Synchrons require their own tuner so 0/10 make it's effect useable I'll give you a higher rating

Synchrons require their own tuner so 0/10 make it's effect useable I'll give you a higher rating "Synchrons" require their own tuner? Do you mean synchro monsters listing a "Synchron" monster as its Tuner require that monster? So what about this:
What about that then? (the part about it being able to be used as a substitute for any "Synchron" tuner monster as is my monsters effect) EDIT: I've changed the wording of the card, maybe it's more understandable now... ♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
I'd rather use Quickdraw :3 which I got the otherday along with what I believe to be an Ultimate Rare Red Dragon Archfiend/Assault Mode. Quickdraw is much easier to wield and quicker. This card is just a slower version of Quickdraw. And more fanciable thanks to the synchro monster not losing it's effect for the turn its synchro summoned.
Aequitas
The OCG is fine, the effect is okay, and the pic is okay, although it fits with its name, which is nice. 8/10.

I see your reasoning, but with this card you can Synchro twice, (once on the field, and once in the grave) something quickdraw can't, y'know? So while quickdraw is a good card and can special summon and synchro fast, this lets you do it twice...

Plaguespreader Zombie
Way to OP'd. Vayu himself, isn't as Op'd as this. This has multiple targets, can be used for Synchro Summoning while on the field, doesn't need specific levels while in the Grave, can Synchro Summon ANYTHING while in the grave, and only negates effects during the turn it's summoned. Anyone who says this is balanced is completely wrong and has to get their head checked for any damages to it. Fix it.

It's somewhat like a mix of Quickdraw and Vayu without any drawbacks or restrictions
Sleepy
This card cannot be Special Summoned. You can substitute this card for any "Synchron" Tuner monster for a Synchro Summon. You can remove this card from your Graveyard and another non-Tuner monster(s) to Synchro Summon a Synchro monster from your Extra Deck. That monster's effect is negated during the turn it was Summoned. Look carefully at Vayu and Quickdraw for an OCG fix. Everyone is saying that OCG is ok' date=' and it is, but I'll show you the details that differ on this card. ;) -Vayu can't be used for Synchros on the field. This card [b']can. -Vayu can only Synchro for Blackwing Synchros. This card can Synchro for any Synchros since it doesn't specify. One would say you wanted it to be able for "Synchron" Tuner user Synchros. -You can remove it with just any monster(s) in the Grave for it. Vayu need to specifically remove one monster with it, and it needs to be a Blackwing. This part is understandable at some point. Yusei doesn't have archtypes other than the Tuners. This point brings me to something interesting to point out. Yusei's Deck is almost completely formed by Warrior-Type and Machine-Type monsters. I would suggest you made those 2 Types the only compatible ones for the non-Tuners in such Synchro Summon. Also, I suggest you make this card 1 of those 2 Types for concistency in the Deck Theme. (most likey Warrior). Saying the above, I think some details make your card slightly overpowered (Vayu is concidered overpowered as is, now this O_o for any Synchros). Other than that, good idea :) EDIT:>-<" someone beat me to it D:
KingOfHearts
Everyone's (or at least a few people) have been saying this can synchro for anything, but I thought I made the effect "This card can only be used for the Synchro Summon of a monster listing a "Synchron" monster as a Tuner" if I didn't, I'll fix that now. As an added drawback (kindof) I'll add that the other non-Tuner monsters must be machine types LV2 or lower, since it's meant to be used with tuningware and quillbolt mainly/only. I'll make edits now >:] (vigorously typing) UPDATE=Changes made, balance achieved (at least I think so, lol)Eh, kinda of a bump, but new card added, probably will make this into a little set...
