It's a Tuner and Synchro combination! I think they would work well into a well-built Deck.

the synchro's effect is a bit bland since all it does is gain atk this way, give it another effect for it or something

I think Synchro is ok, but Tuner is overpowered. You can flip 2 monsters face-down to have bothersome effects not applied (like stardust) and it gets to kill 1 of them no matter what? plus its a Tuner. There's an already banned card with a more balanced effect called "Tsukuyomi". No dedicated Decks, you can splash it in anything you want O_o

 

But putting balance aside, the way you worded that effect forces you to use it twice per turn when you decide to use it. Not "up to twice per turn" but just plain "twice per turn", I suggest you fix that too.

 

There are some minor OCG problems too like writting one instead of 1. but I usually work on those when they are already in a quote/spoiler outside of the card.

 

I can give points for the Synchro one, creativity, and the pics, but first card is overpowered..

Balanced, Synchro's effect is a little bland but still, not too high stats, excellent!

Very nice cards, OCG seems reasonable.

 

But on the Synchro monster,

When its summoned every monster gets flipped down, but then it also says once per turn flip one monster in face down position. It is possible but it would be hard as you can only do it once per turn but your can flip up as many times as they want. Unless you kept on drawing Book of Moon that is.

 

 

Anyway grat cards and solid effects.
