The first effect has some useless words in it. If the card is destroyed, it is always sent to the Graveyard, so what's the point or adding that too?

 

Ehm, the last sentence might be changed to "Tails: Destroy this card. The owner of this card loses 900 Life Points(Battle Damage) is applied normally."

or

"Tails: Destroy this card and decrease its owner's Life Points by 900(Battle Damage is applied normally)"

Sentence is confusing as it is now.

For it's second effect, no battle damage involving that card would be applied, since it would destroy itself in that damage step. "(Battle damage is applied normally)" is therefore incorrect.

 

Actually, just remove both of those battle damage parts altogether.

My fix doesn't inflict damage, though. Not sure how to word the 2nd effect as damage. OCG was taken from Aegis of Gaia.

I didn't want to use 'Direct Damage', since it's not completely correct.

 

'Effect Damage' is sort-of new, and is sometimes used to describe damage taken by, understandibly, card effects. It differentiates it from generic 'Damage'.
