Pay half your Life Points. Select and activate an appropriate effect which can be applied:

● If "Yu-Jo Friendship" is in your Graveyard, until the end of this turn: your opponent cannot Normal Summon, Set, Flip Summon, or Special Summon a monster(s), or activate an Effect Monster's effect, and their monster's effects are negated.

● If "Unity" is in your Graveyard, until the end of this turn: negate the effects of all Spell and Trap Cards on your opponent's side of the field, and your opponent cannot activate or Set Spell or Trap Cards.

The first effect is a more powerful (but one turn only) Skill Drain + a Calming Magic (that wasn't done wrong).

 

The second effect is a one-sided Cold Wave that actually stops what's already face-up.

 

Tech it into Yu-Jo Friendship FTK.

 

What is that FTK, by the way?

Yu-Jo Friendship + Unity + *insert something that's not a card that will make your opponent want to give up instead of shaking your hand here*

You could do that, or you could use the best uses for it. Special Summoning Gadjiltron Dragon/Speed Warrior/etc. from your deck, activating the effects of cards like Security Orb, adding Desret Sunlight and Penguin Soldier to Magical Hats to search 2 s/t cards of your choice, revive 2 Morphs of your choice, etc.

 

It's a sub-par use of Magical Hats to make it work for this card.
