They are completely valiable. If Konami did not create a type that is defidently needed, then a user certainly can and should make that type to attribute there needs and goals in card making. Also, I would like to add that Konami has some pretty stupid types too. For example, Dinosaur could be anexed to Reptile, Fish and Sea Serpent and Aqua could merge, Psychic shouldn't exist, Beast and Beast warrior should merge. So they're not exacly pointless, but the masses of card makers who use them create poor and unneeded types most of the time. Like dog type, lulz.

You cannot prove your future allegations to be anywhere near correct. I am sorry old chap, but you are incorrect and must therefore leave.

If every monster from an entire set doesn't fit into any current type very well' date=' a fake type can juts about be justified.

"Wolf" will never be a good fake type

"Vampire" will never be a good fake type

And so on.[/quote']

Wolf and Vampire? Why don't you just name a Twilight Pop-Culture set with those types?

This man speaks the truth.

Personally, I don't like Fake-Types. But I can look the other way if they're in the right section.

I don't use them. But some of the time they may prove neccessary, most of the time not, as I previously established.

So you are for something that you don't use.

Jolly good show.

I think they are okay, as long as they are put in the section they belong. Realistics may be TEH MOST AWSHUM CC SEKSHUN (srsly), but they don't go there. Fake types go in Any Other cards, mainly because in Realistics, they must be as realistic as possible, which means no Fake Types.

Furthermore, Fake Types are okay, as long as they aren't anything utterly dumb. For example:

Liquid(Liquified monsters. Very threatening. xD) - Well, probably not the best example of a good fake type, but I think a Liquid type is somewhat okay, considering the kind of things Konami has come up with. I'm pretty sure they made a Vanilla that was a Train, and had 0 for all stats.

Knight, Paladin, Knight Elf Mohawk, Male/Female - BAD. Too narrowed, and could be much better off being something else.

People would stop making fake types then. :/

No one goes to ANY OTHER CARDS section.

The point of a Type is to cover something that isn't covered by any other Type. You're doing it wrong.

I was going to say that but you can't consider something else (cough that isn't water)...
