This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 WIND monster on your side of the field. Once per turn while this card is on your side of the field by offering 500 Life Points, place 1 Force Counter on this card and return 1 Level 5 or lower Monster from your Graveyard to your hand. This card gains 1000 ATK for each Force Counter on it. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, by removing this card from play negate the effect of 1 monster card on your opponents side of the field. And the ATK boost is too much, reduce it to 800 for example. And it's last effect is useless cuz it says "negate", make it something like this: "When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can remove this card from play and select 1 monster card on your opponents side of the field. The selected monster has it's effects negated until your opponent's second Standby Phase after this effect activation." So 17%•Name and Pic: Suits good. So 14%•OCG:[spoiler=Fix]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 WIND monster on your side of the field. Once per turn, while this card is face-up on your side of the field, you can pay 500 Life Points to place 1 Force Counter on this card and return 1 Level 5 or lower Monster from your Graveyard to your hand. This card gains 1000 ATK for each Force Counter on it. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can remove this card from play to negate the effect of 1 monster card on your opponents side of the field. Not many OCG errors. So 16%•Originality: Kinda good effect may be unique. So 20%•If it can be played or not: Well, this is perfect, it can be played at all, just the last effect check it.
