Effect

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. If you control 3 level 1 monsters, you can Remove them from play to summon this card. If your opponent controls 3 Monsters with 1500 ATK or more, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon this card. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can pay 2000 Life Points and remove from play all Monster Cards in your deck to Summon this card from your graveyard and negate the effect of all cards on the field except for this card.

can i ask what the general idea about this card is?

 

at the first look all i see is a hard to soumon creature and a ability to remove all your creatures from the game.

 

the larst effect make it intresting, if you happen to like "return form a differnt dimension " and " D.D.R" but still i be atleast a loss of 2000 lifepoint and half your life point to make a OTK.

 

so fare i give it a 7/10 since it have a chance of being made into a intresting deck

Can you see its ATK

It would beat most monsters

and 2000 Life Points is only a quarter of your Life Points

the main problem are to soumon it the first time. 3 level 1 are a hard thing or else you have to play passive until your oppoment have 3 1500+ on the field, that some problems

 

at the meta going one at this time oppements will wait and hold there bottemless until you finaly soumon it, and since it to only work from the graveyard it will be the end.

 

it's great effect dont work until it get destroyed first time by a effect.

 

i belive the best thing about this will be to get in on the field then get it destroyed and soumoned agen. and of your oppoment manage to kill it once more it about useing D.D.R and Return from D.D

 

i like the card since it can be made into a intresting Deck. but i did expect more of an tacktical idea from you then just say it got Hige ATK.

since as i read it, it got fairly more then just ATK.

the negate the effect of all cards on the field part make it a monster you realy dont wan't to fight since it superiot ATK and negate effect gonna lock your oppoment in a tight spot

Well Not Cards have to be just perfect, not all cards are NOT OP

if this card was in the TCG it would be Banned or Limited

I just wanted to make something powerfull, Hard to summon and then when it gets destroyed boom you do lose Life Points and all of your monsters but you have it on the fieald with no effect then you can attack but if they do get rid of the card well itsgame over then unless you have a card to summon your removed from play cards
