One of my first cards, Discuss please!

Here it is, I don't need anything like, "wow bad card bad ocg horrible ocg." If it has bad ocg you better tell me whats wrong or go away.

Lore:

During the Damage step, special summon as many "Armour Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF/0) as possible in Attack Position on every available monster space and spell and trap card zone on your side of the field. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for every "Armour Token" on your side of the field. At the end of the damage step, destroy all tokens on the field.

Well' date=' I mean, I made the card back when i was new it was my 6th or 7th.[hr']

Lol I guess I'm still pretty new considering I started Sunday, but the reason I didn't post this earlier was because I was doing an Archetype and I didn't want to have multiple threads.

Hmm intresting a few things ill discuss on your first card in your new archtype.

 

Firstly,good picture so why do you think people would say bad things about it theirs only 1 or 2 mistakes.

 

Secondly,good works like "damage step".Only about ten people have cards that are like real ones,what I ment was the people who made yugioh would have the same effect what I like.

 

Thirdly,good balence like the lv matches effect matches atk.Since your monsters max atk is 2500 witch is good atk for a lv 7.Even an disadvantage.

 

Overall ill say an reasonable and great 9.5/10.

 

Some words to contiue your task.

Interesting effect.

The max ATK this card can get is 3000 (considering the Field Zone). I know you made this card Time ago, but it would be simpler if the effect was something like "During the Damage Step, this card gains ATK equal to 300 x the number of unoccupied Card Zones on your field".

Yeah good point, but I doubt you would actually get the max attack beacause that would mean NOTHING would be on the field except this card, I guess it's possible though. 3000 ATK is Blue eyes white dragon's attack and its just the damage step, things like fissure and Overworked would kill it.

If i'm not mistaking, This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for every "Armour Token" on your side of the field.

 

It's mean that:

5 Spell/Trap Zones + 1 Field Zone + 4 Monster Zones (not 5 because the monster itself is occupying 1 Zone) x 300 points = 10x300 = 3000 + Original monster ATK/DEF.

 

This Monster final ATK/DEF is: ATK/4000 DEF/3500! :shock:

Yeah Your right too over powered, Let me change his orginal attack and defense to 0.

 

 

UPDATED, Max ATK possible without equip, 3000, and max DEF would be 3500.

I had realized the max ATK was 4000. I just calculated the max ATK it could gain.

 

And 4000 is actually fine. You just mentioned it: your monster is vulnerable to many things and you won't be playing him alone on the field so it's fair to give him at most 4000 ATK.

 

And is still a level 7, that is 2 Tributes for a beatstick that can gain up to 4000 ATK. But, you could always Special Summon it with Mystic Tomato and other cards. Perhaps you could add a "Cannot be Special Summoned" effect?

The Tokens are destroyed as soon as the Damage Step ends' date=' so you get no chance to Synchro Summon unless you activate "Urgent Tuning", I think. (I am not sure if you can activate Trap cards after "Dark Armored Fiend" Summons his monsters)

Yes you could, that's a strategy you could use with him I guess :p.


By the way, I'm not sure if I said it but he only gets the tokens when hes battling. So if you use a synchro summon with it, you would atleast need to sacrifice 5 tokens, making him Hella weaker.

OCG fix:
