Here's what your supposed to write word for word:This card can be summoned by tributing "nove dragon". If you have "shinning nova dragon" on the field, "this card" gains 100 attack points for each one. No need to thank me, i like helping people out. The OCG really should be, "This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing one "Nova Dragon". You cannot Normal Summon or Set the same turn you Special Summon this card. Increase the ATK of this card by 100 for each "Shining Nova Dragon" you control." This card can only be Summoned by removing from play 1 "Nova Dragon" you control. If a "Shining Nova Dragon" is face-up, this card gains 100 ATK. So basically, I have to remove a monster I don't even know from play in order to summon a beatstick. I'm sorry, but that's lame. Post Nova Dragon and Shining Nova Dragon. Awesome pic.
