Twin Seed
This card remains face-up after activation. Activate this card when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card that targets a monster or Monster Card Zone you control while you control 1 or more face-up "Lucid Snake Mistress". Tribute 1 face-up "Lucid Snake Mistress" to Special Summon 1 Lucid Snake Token(EARTH/Reptile-Type/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). While this card is face-up on your field, your opponent cannot activate Spell Cards, except by paying 700 Life Points. After this effect resolves, decrease your Life Points by 300. During your End Phase, you can Tribute 1 Reptile-Type monster you control to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or below Reptile-Type monster from your Graveyard or Deck with an ATK and DEF of 1700 or less. This card is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard when you control no Lucid Snake Tokens. Snake Manipulation is a quick-play spell card, but it won't generate. Sleepy
I have a question about the spell. The effect where you Special Summon a Reptile every turn. How does that work? It doesn't really specify. Its a quick play spell so, it can't possibly be "as long as this card is face-up on the field". Tokens don't have an effect of their own so if its as long as the token remains I suggest you write that. The effect of no spells except by paying 500 I didn't like it. Seems underpowered. You need the specific situation of being targeted while having THAT monster and THAT spell. Then tributing THAT monster in exchange for a token with no power to attack or defend at all. I think that's a good enough drawback already to just plain cancel spells without giving the 500 pay chanse. Othewise its interesting. 9/
Twin Seed
Wait, tokens can't have an effect? Oh, well then I'll change the card. EDIT:Fixed the spell the best I could.
Sleepy
I would love it if they could. D:I had an idea for token Decks where they would have everything written on them. Until I saw the truth >-<"According to some ruling. The ones with effects of conditions are called "lingering effects" which are Always given by the card that summoned them, along with the stats. That's why Token cards are always empty except for pic. Sleepy
You made it weaker, and I was saying about the Token wording and saying that it was ok (slightly underpowered). I guess I should have given suggestions. I think it was ok before. The only problem I find now is. "While this card is face-up on your field." which is not possible because all Normal, Ritual and Quick-Play Spell Cards are sent to the graveyard after doing their effect. (the only exceptions I know are Swords of Revealing Light, I suggest you write in the card "This card remains face-up on the field after activation." or something like that to correct) my rate remains 9/10. It can only get to 10/10 after that but not know. Also, I like commenting on cards but don't really like rating them xD You are good.
Twin Seed
Oh, I thought I changed it to continuous, I'll change it now.And thanks.
Sleepy
Actually, its better as a quick-play. Just needs the sentence This card remains face-up after activation and the problem its solved. Although remaining on the field will make it bulnerable to destruction. If its a continuous, you will loose the surprice element of the card and it will not be able to counter anything because your opponent won't attempt to trigger its effect until he/she destroys your card. ragnarok1945
one REALLY long effect for your spell you got there "you lose 300 Life Points" should be "decrease your Life Points by 300" and you should make it quick-play, but then say after activation, it becomes a continuous spell card 8/
