Cybernetic Hidden Biotechnology

Continuous Trap

Once per turn, when a Level 4 or lower "Tech Genus" monster you control is used as a Synchro Material Monster and sent to the Graveyard, you can add 1 card of the same name from your Deck to your hand. You cannot use it that turn.

Quick-Play Spell

Select 1 face-up "Tech Genus" Monster you control. It gains 1500 ATK until the End Phase.

 

Devolution Reception

Normal Trap

After activation, equip this card to a Level 6 or lower Synchro monster. That monster is treated as a Tuner monster.

 

TGR-10GY

Continuous Trap

Select 2 non-Synchro "Tech Genus" Monsters in your Graveyard and Special Summon them in face-up Defence Position. Their effects are negated, and they cannot change their battle positions. If this card is removed from the field, destroy those Monsters. If both monsters Special Summoned by this effect have been removed from the field, destroy this card.

This thread is almost an entire year old. Also, an idea I've been toying with (...sorta) which I think should work in here:

I know, but I can still revive it.

 

Also, an idea I've been toying with (...sorta) which I think should work in here:

Tech Genus Portal Dragon

So you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 Tech Genus from your hand. It essentially does the same job as Cyber Magician, however, this card make some nice combos with Werewolf. Would be ran over Cyber Magician in my opinion.

 

Tech Genus Warp Phoenix

So you can draw a card when you use it for Tech Genus monster. Very nice, especially with Portal Dragon or Cyber Magician. It makes synching Tech Genus a +0, which is good.

 

Tech Genus Powered Wyvern

So it require your opponent to controls certains cards to Special Summon it... weaker Cyber Dragon. I assume that it's supposoed to workt with bottom card. If yes, it does exactly what other Tech Genuses, 2-card Level 5 Synchro. You overdone the restriction though.

 

Tech Genus Lizard Fighter

You can reduce the Level of a Tuner by 2 to Special Summon it... can you do it on Level 2 or 1 Tuners and make them Level 1? If yes, it has many uses, even outside Tech Genus decks. Makes instant Level 5 with Wyvern, and essentially adds the another needed non-Tuner for "2 or more non-Tuner" Synchros.

 

Tech Genus Sonic Dragon DRX-1000

Level 6 Tech Genus Synchro? Interesting. Anyways, when it destroys a monster by battle, it can attack once again. Simple, yet effective. Is able to run over Stardust, which is a plus.

 

Tech Genus Powered Phoenix

So it gives All Tech Genuses 500 ATK... in my opinion, not that good, but not that bad. Though it can be used as a cheap beatstick before you Accel Synchro. I wouldn't replace Wonder Magician with this, but I'd surely find 1 space in Extra Deck for it.

 

Tech Genus Force Phoenix

Level 11? So you have to make it with Sonic Dragon. So if it's destroyed by effect or battle, it removes itself instead of putting itself in Graveyard. Also, has a standard attack negation effect. It's better than in Shooting Star Dragon or Red Nova Dragon, because it's chainable. However, it returns only 3 times. Still decent though.

 

Cybernetic Hidden Biotechnology

When you use Machine-Type Tech Genus for Synchro, you can search another copy. Pretty bad, as the only Machine Tech Genus is Blade Gunner, which is an Accel Synchro. None of your cards in Machine-Type too. Oh, wait, I just noticd the bottom-most card. Oh well, it's still too situational to be used well for my standards. Thought it's not terrible

 

TGX-1500

Quick-Play, gives Tech Genus 1500 ATK. Not much too say, except that it can help you getting rid of beatsticks or more piercing with Gladiator.

 

Devolution Reception

So it turns a Synchro Monster into a Tuner. I'm not sure if its needed, as with cards in this topic, there are enough Synchro Tuners to use.

Double Call of the Hanuted for Tech Genus monsters, except that you cannot reive Synchros and turns the summoned monsters into Machine-Types. It spawns instant Synchro, so it's nice. Its supposed to have combo with CHB, but I don't think anyone would use it for that, because it's a bit situational.

Sorry about a very late reply, but I've been very busy and my Internet has been screwy again.

Then I will lower the summoning restriction to the basic CyDra one.

I'm not a judge, but I would assume that combo could work... heh heh if it does.

This effect was given to the card almost a year ago, when Tech Genus Monsters had the "this card is also a Machine" effect. I'll change it to something else.
