This jester girl will mess with both player's Graveyards.

Effect: When this card is Summoned, flip all cards in your Graveyard face-down. When a card is sent to the Graveyard, is it sent face-down. When this card is removed from the field, cards sent to the Graveyard while this card was face-up remain face-down and by removing 3 face-up cards in your Graveyard from play you can add 1 face-down card from your Graveyard to your hand. When this card is removed from the field, cards flipped face-down by this card's effect remain face-down.

So... how she actually works?

By flipping cards in the Graveyards face-down, this card prevents player's from adding cards from the Graveyard to their hands/Deck: You can't add WATER monsters with Salvage or Traps with Mask of Darkness simply because you don't have WATER monsters/Trap cards in grave, but face-down cards.

Currently the only card that searches face-down cards in graves would be herself.

Some rulings:

-Face-down monster in the Graveyard are treated as face-down cards, which cannot be targeted by card searchers (unless the card targets face-down cards, as "Abigail" does).

-A player cannot summon DAD if there are 3 DARK monsters in grave, but at least 1 of them is face-down. The same applies for JD if at least 1 of the 4 LS's is face-down.

-Card effects that activate when the card is sent to the Graveyard are not activated, as they are sent as face-down cards, and we all know how effects of face-downs cannot be activated, unless the effect says otherwise.

-Wulf cannot be Special Summoned with it's own effect because it would be sent face-down.

-Face-down cards can still be targeted by cards such as "Call of the Haunted" because they only target a monster, regardless of name or position. But, for example, a face-down "Koa'ki Meiru" monster cannot be targeted by "Core Reinforcement".

This cards is supposed to be "Lunatic" because she is a jester, which are known for being a bit crazy, and also refer to the moon seen in the artwork (for those who don't know, Luna = Moon in Spanish)

Overpowered? Underpowered? Legal effect? Please let me know.

EDIT: Changed the effect and lowered the ATK/DEF from 2300/1700 to 2100/1100. Added another ruling

Face-down cards in the Graveyard is a pretty new idea, so you should take smaller steps, instead of creating this OP (well, so says everyone) card.

But though it's sounds pretty cool, to me it seems somewhat like another "remove from play" concept except a few minor differences (as far as realistic cards out there is concerned)

Thanks for your rates. Yeah, It has too much ATK and no drawback. I could give the 2nd effect to another card that could work well with her.

The reason if her high ATK is that she is supposed to survive or her effect won't last long. Common 1-Tribute beatsticks got 2400 ATK so by attack she is already vulnerable. Lowering her ATK it wouldn't think is good idea, as that would let her to be Summoned by Magician's Circle. However, I could leave it at 2100 so the Circle won't work and you would still have to Tribute 1 monster for her.

So, I will reduce the ATK/DEF to 2100/1100, and as drawback you have to flip face-down all cards from your Graveyard when you summon her. Another option would be to remove them from play, but they could still be used in RFP.

I believe that the ""While you control this face-up card" effect is no longer used: You don't see it in the newest versions of "Jinzo", for example.
