The roads are broken up and littered, the air smells like Pot and Tacos every day, and we ALWAYS hear Spanish music 24/7. Our cops don't do anything about it.

1. Border patrol people DO shoot at Mexican Immigrants trying to cross the border. But they do it anyway. What does that tell you?

2. Mexico isn't a friendly place to live. VERY many Mexicans die because of a drug war that AMERICA'S GOVERNMENT has a LOT to do with.

3. They're here illegally because even the shittiest life in America is better than theirs. Believe it or not, their Government is even less efficient than ours at getting anything done.

I'm from SC. My state has one of the worst job Markets, and Saluda County is FULL of nothing BUT Mexicans. We're also a red state. And it doesn't make any sense for them not to pay any taxes. How could they own a house if taxes aren't being payed on it? Do they sleep in tents? In a LOT of situations, American politicians house Illegal Immigrants and pay for them to stay and work. That's why illegal immigration isn't a major topic in their eyes. And it's also ironic that most of the time, it's the rich Republicans who have illegal immigrants working for them.

We don't get too many immigrants in England, mainly folk from India and I don't mind too much, they take the jobs that most people don't want or self employ themselves, but it was lulzey when there was a live report on it on the news and you saw one scaling a barbed fence, stacking and then getting shot or whatever, I can't remember the details.
