I personally agree with 0 Heavy 3 MST = awful format logic.

 

I would prefer it, if mst wasn't a quick-play.

 

that quick-play part breaks the card and allows for unfair uses.

 

I think they should ban BOTH and make a new spell card that is 1 for 1 s/t removal without extra cost that is a normal spell. then that problem would not exist.

 

disspell

normal spell.

: destroy one spell or trap on the field.

 

I think everyone would agree that it would be a better card at 3 than both at 1.

If you understood why Heavy Storm is not banned, you would understand why this card is a horrible replacement for Storm.

If you understood why Heavy Storm is not banned, then you will understand why this card is a horrible replacement for Storm.

 

I understand the overextention argument, you don't need to bring it up.

and personaly, I sit on the heavy isn't needed side of the fence, though it is because I feel that heavy promotes otking more than stops over-extention.
