Reps don't really mean a thing, its just eye candy. You can't use anything for it such as points for example. Yes it's bad but really most Legendarys and Elitles don't give a faulcon care about Reps.

Technically it's called rep abuse b/c you're just getting reps because you gave one to someone else.

 

However, if you just feel like giving someone a rep, then it's not against the rules
