Someone had a heart attack at my school. He was just 15.

 

Apparently from doing drugs, or knowing people who have a Death Note. (I'm not sure if he died or not).

 

Is this sad?

Also, the cause was BOTH of what you stated. I wrote his name in my Death Note, but I put his cause of death to be a heart attack FROM THE DRUGS.

Writing a name in a Death Note kills the person 40 seconds later by a heart attack, unless a specific way to die is written.

 

You need to think of that person's face when you write their name, however.

At first it's teh act of doing it to look cool just the the "in-crowd", but then it turns into a habit, and then, bam.

Heart attacks are rarely to never lethal. Welcome to the 21st century!

 

If you want something really bad, try recurring strokes.

 

Seriously know, I have a friend who's father had an Aorta snap, and he actually lived and is ok now. At least where I live, strokes are much more of a killer.
