Maybe you could say: This card cannot be Special Summoned. AS long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field your opponent cannot set monsters in face-down Defense Position. As long as you control a face-up Dark monster on your side of the field, this card cannot be selected as an attack target. When this card is selected as an attack target, you can Tribute this card to negate the attack of the attacking monster, and your opponent cannot declare an attack for the next 3 turns.

Uhhh... The OCG fix is wrong....

Try this

This card cannot be Special Summoned. As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field, your opponent cannot Set monsters in Defense Position. As long as there is a DARK monster on your side of the field, your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. When this card is attacked, you can Tribute this card to negate the attack and your opponent cannot declare an attack for 3 turns.

 

I think it's effect is pretty OP'ed for a 4 star monster. Maybe take out "and your opponent cannot declare an attack for 3 turns"?
