Obviously Brionac is the problem. Before he was released Zombies could only get 2 tops at SJCs. After his release they started to get half of the tops in a SJC and to dominate regionals.

plus, brionac is a problem no matter what deck you add him to, since he is a generic, and his effect isn't limited in any way other than cards in hand.

p.s. defender the magical knight, it has the "I don't die" effect once per turn, killing the effect killing part of the basic gadget deck, leaving only trag and his ilk to take him off the field.

I heard Treeborn Frog is much weaker without Monarchs. I heard that doesn't prove that Monarchs are a problem.

Granted, Brionac is a problem, if not "the" problem, but the reason Brionac is a problem isn't that Zombies got better when Brionac was released. The problem is that Brionac's entire purpose is I-suddenly-remove-your-field-and-kill-you, which thanks to his generic Synchro status can happen whenever it is convenient for the user.

I don't even care that much about the banlist.

There are' date=' like, over 4000 cards in this game, if something gets banned, I'm sure I can find something to replace it with.

[/quote']

True, there will always be something to replace it with. This is not what the topic is about. It's a matter of how much the loss of card A weakens a certain deck. Sure you can replace banned card A with unbanned card B, but how much will that weaken a given deck?

People called me stupid when I said that =/ I'm glad some people on this site still have some sense.

Infernities did not have a chance at pulling off a swarm, Send Infernity Mirage (see "Shining Darkness") with no cards in your hand, special summon 2 Infernity Necromancers, activate both Necromancers, you have 4 monsters, congratulations! And no, you can't bring back the Infernity Mirage from the graveyard (otherwise it would have been one of the most broken swarm loops in the game if you could keep 0 cards in your hand).

New cool list is new and cool.

But why semi Lyla? As far as I know' date=' she's usually ran at 2 anyways.

[/quote']

Cause she gets played in non lightsworn decks in 3s I guess.

I have never seen 3x Lyla in LS engines O.o

Most of the time it's:

2-3x Ryko

2x Lyla

0-1x Ehren

0-1x Jain

Its played in 3 in Fiend Roar Deity and Spellcaster Village decks.

Terrible' date=' stopped reading there.

Because they didn't ban Brain Control or because they didn't ban Gyzarus?

Leave Glads alone. They are so bad right now, that if you hurt them more they won't even be tier 3.
