If this card is Special Summoned you can pay 1000 Life Points to attack your opponent directly with this card. They bypass all your monsters (lets say you have, maybe, a Dark Magician and an Armed Dragon Lv7) and just take out 3000 of your lp. This can be rated on verious levels of pissism, depending on what lp you're playing by:8000 - wow, thats almost half! I'm pissed!4000 - oh really? only 1000 left after maybe turn 2? I'm soooo pissed!2000 (battle city rules? o.O) - Oops. Thats more than all my life points! I "like" the idea of giving Blue-eyes an effect, despite it being an overly used and slightly OP'ed card anyway.
