♥Łövëły New Duo♥ Lightsworn Synchro??

Guest JoshIcy

Anyone else see how the LS Tuner is Underpowered? LS generally topdeck at the End of the Turn, and not any effects by any LS is trigger. So it gets the effect until the end of the effect resolves. Effectively turning it into a Vanilla. Unless you go out of your way to topdeck yourself in LS during your turn...

Good idea, bad outcome. And I'm going to ignore the Synchro, just assuming you have to play Tuningware to summon it.

There are two grammar errors in the effect of the Herald:

When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, you can send the top 7 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard to Special Summon 2 "Lightsworn" monsters from your Graveyard. During your Main Phase 1, if your opponent's Life Points are higher then than your Life Points with a difference of 2000, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Judgement Dragon" from your Deck, hand, or Graveyard, ignoring the Summoning conditions.

@.@ wtf! I set Hemair as tuner but it screwed it up?

Fixed.

Now. Thank you for the comment. Hemair I hardly need to go over.

Im not challenging your OP comment but Im just wondering' date=' why is it that cards that create OTK's are judged as OP when there are countless numbers? But anywho. I cant see an OTK being pulled. Since this card's effect activates during the main phase, you cant do anything to lower your Opponent's LP and since they'll be high (being required to activate my synchro's effect) when you choose to SS Judgment Dragon, you couldn't win in that turn.

Awesome although Lightsworns would be even more broken.

I would definitely use Hemair but I think the Herald might become forbidden.

The only questionable OCG I see is " successfully Synchro Summoned". I believe its the other way around but I don't really remember.

Overall: I really like Hemair.

successfully synchro summoned is correect. IRL some synchros have that. Some effects that say "When this card is Synchro Summoned" if the summon is negated it's effect still activates (i think Im not 100% sure) by saying successfully, that means if the summon is negated, its effect is also negated.

But thanks for the comment!

Because, if you get the synchro monster out on turn 1 or 2 with some Lumina move, you could summon Judgment Dragon easier then ever. The thing is, Brain Control could put the effect into activation, this creating an OTK.

It might seem hard, but could actually be pretty consistant if you are playing a smart LS build. I do see your point though.

o.o Well...I never really thought of that. Thanks Icy! (Althought Charge would do the trick for this card but I know what you mean. I'll edit it later though as I'm working on another 2 sets)

And thank you Frex ._. but I would have liked a rate also

Oh! Well thanks ^^!!

Thanks a bunch for the comment Leo and maybe the update will balance it in your eyes?

I added a minimum to the LP difference for it's effect to activate.

Icy basically explained the tuner.

As for the Synchro, it's more likely to get banned than JD. It drops 7 cards (Which is GOD AWESOME in Lightsworn Decks) and can SS JD ignoring almost everything. All you have to do is play dumb for a bit and take alot of damage.

Then again it is a Lightsworn Synchro. So it might be balanced.

...Decent. Because I'm not sure on the Synchro's balance level. The Tuner is fine to me.
