alright, i guess its time to replay to OP comments

For the first effect: Even though it looks OP, its actually more of a drawback. First of all, not many monsters can even stand up to this card, and it doesnt deal battle damage. because this isn't an optional effect, this card is only good for attacking directly.

for the 2nd effect; Tributing any number of DARK monsters to destroy 1 card for each. DARK monsters aren't a swarming attribute. Other then a zombie deck(Which this card wouldn't be that good for considering its not zombie), this effect isn't as powerful as it seems. Plus Tributing is a high price to pay.

Third effect; Ever heard of allure of darkness? 1 DARK monster for pot of greed. Darklord zerato? 1 discard for a raigeki. Discarding DARK monsters is a very precise price. You probably won't even get 2 cards to draw. That added of sending dark monster to grave is just a bonus, cause this effect isnt all that good.

Personally, I think the second bullet could be the entire effect. And even with that you could still ease the ATK and DEF down a couple hundred points, but that's not quite as important.

Actually the first effect can erase the monster you want. Maybe it can't do battle damage, but, actually I can do and have seen many Swarmng DARK Decks... and come on Allure of Darkness it's a Spell, that means for 1 turn and this card can activate as many times as it is in the field...

Interesting to see this card's summoning has nothing to do with XYZ Dragon Cannon

 

it does look balanced out though, first effect certainly better than XYZ's effect

You can negate a bunch of monster effects this way because that monster is neither destroyed nor sent to the Graveyard, not to mention it disrupts most of the existing strategies.

 

Anyway, I think you are trying to do too much with this card. Having just 1 of the three effects is enough.

I've edited the first effect a little to reduced OPness
