-Berserker-
Egypt was cool. It had obeliscs, Ra's, Osiris', Zorcs.
Azmodius
Better than Greek, no doubt. My favorite god is Amun and Ptah, the creator gods. There myths are more mysterious and less down-to-earth then the greeks. I also like SEBEK, SOCHET, DREAD LORD OF THE MARSH.
Theseus
Osiris hands down, is the best Egyptian god, in my opinion, though I could do with the more human-like Greek gods.

CinnamonStar
What's up with you guys and your stupid misleading threads anyway?>_> Ancient Egypt is interesting, of course we NEED to study it because it contributed so much to the history of Western culture along with the Greeks. And the 2 cultures are the ones that had the MOST impact in the history of religions (note the S) in that part of the world. But for some reason I just take the Egyptians and Romans because they existed, my focus lies on Ancient Greece, the Etruscans and Mesopotamia though. There myths are more mysterious and less down-to-earth then the greeks. How about Hecate and Persephone?Even though...they were below the earth. .__. Theseus
And obelisk is a common noun, and therefore needs not be capitalized. OT: I forgot about Anubis. GO JUDGEMENT!

Kitty
Cleopatra was a whore. She slept with Cesar and Anthony(or how ever you spell it.). She was also a murder. She had her ten year old brother killed for the throne. She had her younger brother killed so she wouldn't have a husband, and then she killed her own sister to keep her from rebelling against her. Then in the end she killed herself. Ancient Egypt = Win indeed

Theseus
But, Cleopatra was actually several different empresses of Egypt throughout history, because it was a common name for an empress to take upon ascending to the throne. As for the one you are talking about, Kitty, she had an affair with Marc Antony and Julius Caesar to keep Egypt from going into war. It's very simple. She was woman, Marc and Julius were man (not at the same time). Men have lust, women cure lust. It was a simple matter to get them to sign a treaty.
