Jolta
This card can only be activated if there is 1 face-up WIND Spellcaster-Type monster on the field. Negate a card that negates "Assault Mode Activate". Pay 700 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower "/Assault Mode" Tuner monster from your Deck, ignoring all Summoning Requirements.

Guest Zeonark
Is this for one of your cards? Because I think I'm remembering one of your Indifferents. Anyway, I hope it is. Because it doesn't have any use if not.
Jolta
Nope, its supposed to be for "Night Wing Sorceress", thus explains the Assault Mode effect. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. It can only be Special Summoned with the effect of "Assault Mode Activate". Once per turn, you may equip OR unequip a monster to this card. For every monster equipped to this card, this monster gains 100 ATK and decrease this monster's Level by 1. When this monster is destroyed, Special Summon 1 "Armory Arm" from your Graveyard. Mmk? Chaos Flame
Why would anyone summon an assault mode... and then use it for a synchro.
Phantom Roxas
I like Moonlight Shadow. Both the effect and the art are nice. However, AA/AM is overdone, and the same art is almost always used. Besides, aren't it's stats too high for the /AM version?
ragnarok1945
not too many WIND Spellcasters about you'll need to made more assault mode tuners for this to be practical, 1 certainly isn't enough 6/
Guest miura II
I'll give it 8/10 mostly because in the card, I don't think ignoring should be used. "Negating" is probally better.
