Dark Magician can fuse with Spell/Trap cards now?

I have to say that the concept is awesome, but I think the Fusion materials should go to the Graveyard for balance purposes; returning them to the Deck allows you to use them again, and when the card semi-limited or limited (like the Solemn Judgment), then is something bad because those cards were limited for a reason.

Solemn Judgment shouldn't have even been Limited. It was fine at 3. And your argument is also invalid. You got to realize that since cards like Solemn are limited, it will be harder to draw into them. I don't know the numbers, but you got a be very lucky to draw into said card, again.
