Spam, it's a nesscary evil

Spam is the gelatin of a pig, mixed with the fat and meat of the shoulder of a pig. It was first named spam after they had needed a shorter name than Spiced ham so they shortened it to SPAM.

Well, it first became popular during WWII when it was shipped overseas and soldiers took a liking to it and brought the want back to our home states, and Spamburgers and other stuff started rising. Poor them.

^We got snow too' date=' except it's consolidated to a mountain.^

On-topic:

But that's not all people do with it here. I think I saw someone making animal shapes out of them once, but I don't remember. Plus, they put all kinds of stuff on it (soy sauce, teriyaki, etc.)

Soy Sauce on Spam?

I gotta try that.

Yep' date=' it happens.

And other various toppings for them. (I don't know all of the local trends for them, but yeah that's basic). I think some of them shake pepper on theirs, but IDK.

A good amount of people like spam (food), but on the other hand, PETA doesn't like spam b/c of how it's made.

Why?

How is it made?

Why is it that there are always idiots who think "I'm going to post a thread about spam (the food)' date=' but make it look like its about spam (the internet) and it'll be really clever!!!"

It's not.

:/

Isn't this basically what I said, but with more stupidity?

Yes, but I find it is easier to communicate on this site when you dumb things down and insult them.
